Non chunky sugar free buckwheat granola

I have made this granola for many, many times and it never fails me. It’s more of a sweet muesli and it’s not as chunky as regular granola, but therefore also less sugary. I like it a lot!

Non chunky sugar free buckwheat granola

– 2 cups rolled oats

– 2 cups buckwheat flakes

– 1/2 cups quick oats (or other flakes)

– 1/3 cup sunflower/pepita mix

– 1/3 cup almonds

– 2 teaspoons cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoons salt

– 1/4 cups rice syrup

– 1/4 cups unsweetened applesauce

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil

– add ins; raisins, goji berries, chopped apricots

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Put dry ingredients; oatmeal, buckwheat, seeds, almonds, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

3. Put wet ingredients; applesauce, rice syrup and oil in a medium sized bowl.

4. Mix everything together and spread misture on a baking sheet.

5. bake for 30 minutes, stirring twice.
